I doubt it. There used to be a gateway between Pulver's Free World
Dialup (see http://www.freeworlddialup.com/) and Vonage, but the FWD
web site now says "SHUT OFF BY VONAGE!!!"

I would suggest getting Skype and using Skypeout which costs about
2 cents/minute, no monthly fee or minimum.
