This is just a short note to say hello to the VOIP News readers who have chosen to join us here at this Digest. Jack Decker did a great deal to raise public awareness of VOIP as a legitimate and useful way to communicate; a way that will, in the next few years by and large come to replace conventional telephony as we know it now.
