Could we change our attitude, we should not only see life differently, but life itself would come to be different. Life would undergo a change of appearance because we ourselves had undergone a change of attitude.

Subject: AT&T 206A2 Test Set Message-ID: <slrnn1rd77.i76.julian@adeed.tele.com> I have new in the box, an AT&T 206A2 Test Set. This is a butt set with a digital display. http://www.beatriceco.com/bti/porticus/bell/pdf/bsp/405683582_att_206a2_craft_access_terminal.pdf I am willing to sell this to anyone interested. --- I think sometimes my party gets all caught up in the second amendment, which is fine, but we don't protect the fourth amendment enough.- Sen Rand Paul 5/26/2015 ***** Moderator's Note ***** The "Craft Access Terminal" was a "bridge" device, intended to introduce field technicians to doing repair closeouts via a computer system. The "Wobble" sticks was a sort of mouse, allowing techs to choose various options on the screen, such as "Ticket #", etc. I don't know if any of the information about the interface is available: type of modem, wobble codes, etc., but if they are, it would be nice to have an app available for museum displays and similar "hands on" educational settings. Subject: Apple Is Said to Deactivate Its News App in China Message-ID: <1D8670F8-96A1-4372-8514-FD8431D9E3EC@roscom.com> The app displays an error message instead of news articles, possibly in an effort to avoid running afoul of Chinese censorship policies. HONG KONG - Apple has disabled its news app in China, according to a person with direct knowledge of the situation, the most recent sign of how difficult it can be for foreign companies to manage the strict rules governing media and online expression there. The Apple News app, which the company announced in June, is available only to users in the United States, though it is being tested in Britain and Australia. Customers who already downloaded the app by registering their phones in the United States can still see content in it when they travel overseas but they have found that it does not work in China. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/12/technology/apple-is-said-to-deactivate-its-news-app-in-china.html ***** Moderator's Note ***** I've been told, by multiple sources, that corporate VPNs have no trouble getting through the "Great Firewall of China". What commercial VPN providers can tourists in China use? Bill Horne Moderator
