I was the original poster of that article. For the record, I thought
it was suspect, but thought it was amusing enough to share.

Apparently the English speaking sign makers in Wales rely on Babelfish
to translate their signs. They put up a sign in Wales that translated
roughly to "Beware! Bladder disease has returned." A few weeks later
another sign showed up that was simply jibberish (which is what the
English think Welsh is to begin with).
